Teva Nederland B.V. heeft in overleg met de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd (IGJ) besloten om een groot aantal charges Metoprololtartraat tabletten 50 mg (ZI-nummers 13909215 en 14182432) en 100 mg (ZI-nummers 13909258 en 13909266) met onmiddellijke ingang terug te roepen op apotheekniveau.

Verzoek aan apothekers
Apothekers wordt verzocht:
- Hun voorraad te controleren op aanwezigheid van bovengenoemde charges.
- Aanwezige verpakkingen uiterlijk 5 mei 2025 te retourneren naar de groothandel.
Beschikbaarheid
Er wordt geen tekort verwacht.
