Radiation dosimetry provides a method of determining radiation exposure of various tissues, allowing for dosages to be optimized for individual patients. To this end, this project explores the use of radiation dosimetry in PK/PD modeling of radiopharmaceuticals, and its use in optimizing dosing strategies.
We aim to develop a pharmacometric model based on COVID-19 data able to identify personal characteristics that could predict individual immune response. Moreover, a framework will be established as a tool for pandemic preparedness.
